On September 23, 2008, Adobe announced the release of Creative Suite
4 (CS4). Products that will be updated
are:
Customers who purchased maintenance on departmental licensed software will be contacted via email when updates are available.
Customers who purchased personal use licenses after the announcement are eligible for upgrades and will be contacted via email with instructions when they become available.

The Apple Maintenance Program (AMP) is no longer available from the Software WebStore. If you want to renew your AMP subscription please contact Central Stores at 244-0139 and please be aware that Apple has modified their requirements for this program going forward.

Central Stores will require proof of purchase and you can obtain a copy of your purchase receipt by logging into the WebStore and clicking on the My Software tab located on the left side of the screen. Click on the Invoice Number hyperlink or for older offers you may have to click on the deliverable hyperlink and then the View Order Details button. Central Stores will accept a printout of this screen or an electronic PDF generated from this screen as proof of eligibility.

With the release of Acrobat Professional 9, Adobe has announced that Acrobat Professional 9 CLP will replace Acrobat Standard CLP.
Students, faculty and staff can now purchase Adobe Acrobat Professional 9 from the Software WebStore. Acrobat Professional 9 is available both as a departmental purchase (CLP) and as a personal-use purchase (SLP).

Adobe's extension of the faculty/staff personal use program into a permanent offering requires us to remove the deliverable option of "Pick-Up" from these offers. All SLP student/faculty/staff personal use offers will be affected by this change.
The number of orders we receive for these products has required us to modify our deliverable strategy so we can be more efficient in how we provide these products to you.
