Description

This 6 hour course is designed for someone who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage those project plans. Upon successful completion of this course, attendees will be able to identify the basic features and components of the Project 2010 environment; create a new project plan file and enter project information; manage tasks by organizing and setting task relationships; manage resources for a project; and finalize a project plan.

Prerequisite: Familiarity with Windows, word processing concepts; completion of a Project Management Basics course, or equivalent knowledge

Parking:
Parking in the heart of campus is scarce. We suggest that you walk or take public transportation (www.cumtd.com). City meters (restricted to 2 hrs) are available on the street at both locations. There are a few campus meters in the parking lot between Coble Hall and Swanlund Administration Building on John Street and in the parking structure at Sixth & John. There is also a City of Champaign metered lot on the corner of Sixth & Green (east of Legends). Please note that parking fees are the responsibility of the class participant.
