Extend your InDesign skills even further by learning to use InDesign’s more advanced features effectively. We'll work with nested styles, related styles, applying styles in a sequence, managing style overrides, redefining styles, and even breaking links to styles. With "paths" (shapes), you'll learn how to use "clipping paths" to reveal only part of an image, create type outlines, and even create your own "Bézier paths. We'll also import layered files (e.g., from Photoshop), merge data into documents, insert footnotes, and create "text variables." You'll also learn how to create and manage InDesign libraries, and how to work with long documents, including tables of contents and indices, as well as creating a “book document” from multiple InDesign files.
Prerequisite: Adobe InDesign Level 1 workshop, or equivalent knowledge
