Win With WebStore Rules & Regulations

Webstore provides great discounts on high quality software programs for U of I students, but we know that software isn't the only thing that can make a student's life easier. To show our appreciation and celebrate the return to school we've created the Win With Webstore Sweepstakes!

Here are the rules to participate:

1. Any registered student of the University of Illinois is eligible to enter the sweepstakes. This includes students at the Urbana-Champaign, Chicago, and Springfield campuses. Employees of the University are not eligible to win, even if they are also a student. Any entries from faculty, staff, or other employees will be disregarded.
2. A student may claim only one prize package in the sweepstakes. A student selected as the winner must claim their prize by arranging to pick up the item(s) in person on the campus that they attend. Photo I.D. will be required to pick up the prize(s).
3. Winners will be randomly selected. Once selected, the winner will be verified as a student and notified via University email. The student has one week from initial notification to confirm and make arrangements to pick up the prize.
4. Any prize not picked up by the end of the sweepstakes will be forfeited and may be awarded to another randomly selected student.
5. To enter the sweepstakes, a current student of the University must complete three steps:
   • Like the U of I Webstore Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/uofiwebstore/)
   • Share the sweepstakes post each Wednesday during the sweepstakes announcing that week's prize
   • Go to webstore.illinois.edu and complete the checkout process using the Promo Code WinWebStore while making ANY Transaction. Even FREE software will allow you to be eligible to win. You may also enter by adding the free "Win With WebStore" item to your cart and completing the checkout process using the promo code.
6. Students that claim a prize agree to allow WebStore to use their name, likeness, and story to promote the Win With WebStore sweepstakes. That may include, but is not limited to, using a photograph and/or written quote of the recipient with their prize on U of I WebStore social media, the WebStore website, and in print materials.
7. Not all prize packages are worth the same monetary value. All prize packages adhere to University policies concerning gifting items to students. For more information on these policies, visit the Ethics Office website.
8. Eligibility and the award of prizes will be determined by WebStore staff. Their decision is final and may not be contested.
