University of Illinois WebStore announces the completion of the Microsoft Campus Agreement (CA) enrollment for the Urbana-Champaign campus. The Microsoft CA is a Microsoft subscription program that covers a set of user applications and entitles eligible parties to all new version releases during the term of the subscription.

As of 07/01/2010, all Urbana-Champaign University-owned machines are licensed for Windows Upgrades, Office, and Enterprise CALs. In addition, all Urbana-Champaign graduate and professional students are licensed for Windows and Office on personally-owned machines.  

To view all offers that apply to this new program, log into WebStore and enter “Campus Agreement” in the product search section of the main WebStore screen.  

Following is a list of Microsoft CA offers with brief descriptions:

1. Microsoft Windows for UIUC-Owned Computers - Campus Agreement
   This offer is for staff/faculty wanting to obtain Windows 7 Enterprise Upgrade media for installation on University-owned machines. Before installing any software on University-owned machines, please check with your IT administrator.
   
   
2. Microsoft Office for UIUC-Owned Computers - Campus Agreement
   This offer is for staff/faculty wanting to obtain Office 2008 for Mac or Office 2010 Professional Plus media or electronic download for installation on University-owned machines. Before installing any software on University-owned machines, please check with your IT administrator.
   
   
3. Microsoft Windows for UIUC Graduate and Professional Students - Campus Agreement
   This offer is for UIUC graduate and professional students wanting to obtain Windows 7 Enterprise Upgrade media for installation on personally-owned machines.
   
   
4. Microsoft Office for UIUC Graduate and Professional Students - Campus Agreement
   This offer is for UIUC graduate and professional students wanting to obtain Office 2008 for Mac or Office 2010 Professional Plus media for installation on personally-owned machines.
   
   
5. Microsoft Desktop Package (Windows and Office) for UIUC IT Professionals - Campus Agreement
   This offer is for UIUC staff/faculty IT professionals and provides electronic downloads of all products available through the CA.    This offer is for UIUC staff/faculty wanting to obtain a copy of Office 2008 for Mac or Office 2010 Professional Plus for installation on personally-owned machines.

    Starting July 1, 2010, all Urbana/Champaign University-owned machines are licensed for Windows Upgrades, Office, and Enterprise CALs at no cost.

    Graduate and professional students will be licensed for Windows upgrades and Office on their personal machines and will be able to purchase media for $5 per title.
