Description

Is your project behind schedule? Over-budget? What are the projected expenses over the next month? What are potential areas of risk? Earned Value Analysis (EVA) is a standard methodology for evaluating the performance of a project and provides a framework for answering questions such as those above. If your team needs better control over project finances but has been intimidated by the technical jargon – Earned Value, Actual Cost of Work Performed, Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled and so on, then consider this course. In just three hours you will understand the EVA terminology and be able to use the built-in EVA variables, tables and reports provided by MS Project to control your project financials.

Note: Even though this course is based on Project 2016 the built-in EVA features have not changed from earlier versions. Those using Project 2013 or 2010 should be comfortable with the exercises.

Prerequisite: completion of Project 2016/13/10 Level 1 or equivalent knowledge
Instructor: staff, WebStore Training Services
Course Length: 3 hours
