Description

Touchpoint for Skype for Business is a third party software solution that integrates with Skype for Business to provide additional call handling features, real-time statistics and reporting capabilities that are not available to Response Groups.

The Supervisor training topics covered in this 2-hour session:

  • Statistics and reporting
  • Changing recordings
  • Changing queue modes
  • Taking calls on demand
  • Agent management (checking their status plus logging them in and out of the system)

*Supervisors should sign up for both agent training and supervisor training.
