U of I ArcGIS Online Portal Rules
Expired user accounts
The University of Illinois ArcGIS online portal maintains active user accounts until the expiration of the member's NetID. UI ESRI member accounts with an expired NetID (the member has left the university and is no longer an active student or staff member), will be removed from the portal. When an account is removed, the membership, entitlements, content and owned groups are permanently deleted. Graduated students and departed or retired faculty and staff should transfer their data from the U of I ArcGIS Enterprise portal prior to leaving the university.
Feature Storage Limit
Every user account on the UI ESRI online portal is provided with up to 100mb of Feature Storage. Feature Storage content that is larger than 100mb is subject to automatic removal after 1 month. Feature storage is specific to feature and tile layers hosted in ArcGIS Online.
You eligible to run this product as long as the ESRI contract is renewed (annually) and you maintain student or faculty/staff status at the University of Illinois.
