In this 2-hour hybrid workshop, we will explore the Microsoft Word interface while we learn some shortcuts and efficiencies for typing text on a page, fixing spelling errors, changing spacing, page margins, and saving our work. Other topics covered will include learning the best way to select text, and using cut/copy/paste. Formatting tools will be next, where we will learn how to emphasize text , including the use of Format Painter; and finish up with bulleted and numbered lists.
