Description

This 2 hour in-person instructor led workshop covers the details about Outlook (for Office 365)  calendar interface . You will also learn how to schedule and edit an appointment; work with calendar labels and tasks displayed on the Calendar. We will schedule meetings with the Scheduling Assistant, practice scheduling a conference room, and discuss scheduling Online Meetings for Skype for Business/Zoom/Teams.  We will create additional calendars, view multiple calendars in different ways, and learn how to share a calendar with others and discuss Calendar Permissions.

Parking:
Parking in the heart of campus is scarce. We suggest that you walk or take public transportation (www.cumtd.com). Meters are available on the South side of Springfield, across from DCL . There are a few campus spaces in the North campus parking structure between Goodwin and Mathews, just South of University Ave.  Please note that parking fees are the responsibility of the class participant. Training Services  is not responsible for parking tickets or towing fees of vehicles belonging to class participants. Please read all parking signs!
