Your license requires up to two hours to synchronize with Adobe’s license manager before it becomes active.
Important: Adobe will not send a notification when the license is activated.
After activation, Adobe apps can be accessed from any of the following locations:
• Adobe Apps page (web): https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms• Creative Cloud Desktop App: If it is already installed on your computer• Software Center: For University-managed computers
Wait up to two hours for the license activation to complete.
Sign out of any open Adobe applications or the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Sign in again through the Creative Cloud Desktop app, or sign in at https://accounts.adobe.com.
Download and install the apps you need from the Apps panel in your Adobe account.
If you see the message “You don’t have access to manage apps,” your computer may have installation permissions managed by IT. In this case, follow the provided IT support instructions for installing Adobe software on managed devices.
