Best Use Cases in Academic Settings
Students often use Acrobat Studio for:
• Editing and annotating research papers
• Preparing accessible course materials
• Creating fillable forms
• Combining multiple PDFs into a single submission

• Reviewing and commenting on shared documents
Once your license is active, it’s helpful to think of Acrobat Studio as a workflow tool. Most users benefit from starting with a practical task they already need to complete.
Expectations and Support
Acrobat Studio is a streamlined set of apps that should support most academic coursework involving PDF review, editing, and collaboration. Users should expect a short adjustment period if they are transitioning from Creative Cloud Suite Desktop apps.
