Adobe Enterprise Login and Product Installation
Use this guide to access and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications after obtaining your Adobe Enterprise license through WebStore.
Before You Begin
!!! warning Adobe subscriptions may take up to 2 hours to activate after checkout.
You will NOT receive a separate activation email from Adobe.
Sign Into Adobe
- Go to: https://adobe.com
- Select Sign In
- Enter your full University email address
- Complete your campus login and 2-factor authentication
Confirm You Are in the Correct Account
After signing in:

Open your Adobe account page: https://account.adobe.com

Verify that your plan shows:
Adobe for Enterprise – University of Illinois
Personal vs University Adobe Accounts
Adobe allows both: - Personal Adobe accounts - University Enterprise accounts
If prompted, choose: - Work or School Account
NOT: - Personal Account
!!! note
Some users may not receive the Work/School account prompt correctly.
This is a known Adobe login issue.
Install Adobe Apps
Adobe applications are downloaded directly from Adobe — not from WebStore.

Open: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop

Select the app you want to install
- Click Install
The Creative Cloud Desktop App will automatically install during this process.
Use Creative Cloud Desktop to Manage Apps
The Creative Cloud Desktop App manages:
- Adobe sign-in
- App installation
- Licensing
- Updates
!!! tip If Adobe apps stop working correctly:
- Open Creative Cloud Desktop
- Sign out and sign back in
- Update your apps
- Restart Adobe applications
University Computers – “You Don’t Have Access to Manage Apps”
Some university-managed computers display:
“You don’t have access to manage apps.”
This is normal on managed university devices.
Your department IT support may manage Adobe installations and updates through:
- Software Center (Windows)
- Managed Software Center (Mac)

If: - you are NOT using a managed university computer - OR you believe permissions were removed incorrectly
